The Evolution of Cancer and Movement As a Therapeutic Intervention

There exists a large body of evidence that those who participate in higher levels of physical activity have a reduced likelihood of developing a variety of cancers compared to those who engage in lower levels of physical activity. There will be a discussion of glucose and lipids in the role of cancer growth and proliferation.
