Registrations are made by name. You can therefore pay a maximum of 1 registration at a time. A name card will be available at the symposium, which is also the entrance ticket (so we don’t send a ticket by post …).

If the symposium – for whatever reason – is unexpectedly canceled, you will receive a full refund.

* With student discount, you will be asked to show a valid student card upon receipt.
